Time to wound healing, new metric and reports

The following updated functionality is now available on PASCOM-10.  The post treatment events in both the invasive and non-invasive domains can now capture time to wound healing in weeks.  This function is of relevance to those treating diabetic foot ulceration. To support this functionality, additional reports are now also available in both the invasive and non invasive domains.
